By booking a service call you agree to the following.
Service call fee
A service call fee is collected at booking ($250 Brooklyn standard, $300 far-zone Brooklyn, $350 Manhattan; after-hours rates apply). The fee covers travel and up to one hour of on-site diagnostics.
Estimates & repairs
Repairs and installs are quoted in writing per job and require approval before work begins.
Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled window are refunded in full. Within 4 hours, the service call fee is non-refundable.
Workmanship guarantee
Installations and large repairs carry a workmanship guarantee. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
